Reptiles join amphibians in mysterious decline

Well, it seems to me a possible reason might be warmer climates. As far as I know reptiles develop their gender according to ambient temperature. However, they are capable of asexual reproduction as well so that might not be the whole story... read the article and leave your comments about why you think this might happen! Ha some guy might have the same ideas and get you an authorship in a science journal!(will link that article when i find it)
